First annual review of the MID4Automotive research project

 |  Heinz Nixdorf InstitutSystem and Circuit Technology / Heinz Nixdorf Institut

On 3 and 4 April, the first annual review of the MID4Automotive research project of our Circuit Technology department took place at the Heinz Nixdorf Institute. All project partners from all participating partner countries, who jointly assessed the work in the project as positive, attended the annual review.
The MID4Automotive project is about structurally integrated electronics using an injection moulding process for improved radar systems in cars. The aim is to develop cost-effective, high-performance and highly integrated radar systems that are integrated directly into plastic surfaces using 3D MID technology (moulded interconenct device).
The project duration has been extended until February 2026.
